SWC-MERO Raised Floor System complies the Building Department recently set-up raised floor system standard

Data Centre is a trend for raised floor system. It is commonly in FFH (Finish Floor Height) 600mm or 900mm for the underfloor complex Electrical and Mechanical system. Hence, it requires a high standard of loading and fire performance.

This leads the Building Department (BD) to consider raised floor system in more than FFH600mm as a construction element, which required submission of lab reports, drawings, on-site test at a specified frequency and etc. to BD for materials and installation approval.

Our SWC-MERO Raised Floor System applied for the Global Switch HK Data Centre Project passed the Building Department requirement.
